What information 321SexChat collects, how it is used and kept, how private your 1v1 chats really are, and the rights you have over your data.
321SexChat is an anonymous-by-default 1v1 adult chat for people 18 and over. You can chat without an account, an email address or a public profile, and we collect as little as a live chat service can run on. We never sell personal information. The sections below are the honest version of what that means — including the limits, because privacy policies that promise absolute invisibility are not telling the truth.
Browsing the public side of the site — this page, the blog, the landing pages — needs no account and collects nothing personal beyond standard server logs: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and timestamps. If you open an optional account, we store what you put into it: your login email, settings and coin balance. Camera and microphone access is requested by your browser only when you choose voice or video, and you can revoke it at any time in the browser settings.
Every chat is a private 1v1 session between exactly two people — no audience, no spectator mode, and we do not record your video or voice calls. Two honest limits: your chat partner is a stranger with their own device, so never share anything you could not bear to see elsewhere; and when a session is reported, moderators may review the reported context to enforce the rules. Anonymous means no public identity — it does not mean lawbreaking in chat is consequence-free.
Cookies keep your session alive, remember your preferences and measure, in aggregate, which pages get traffic. Blocking them in your browser is your choice, though parts of the site will stop working without the functional ones. We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand traffic patterns — not to build advertising profiles of individual visitors.
Coin purchases are processed by external payment processors — full card numbers go to them, never to us. Hosting and content delivery run on standard infrastructure providers who process technical data on our behalf. Each of these parties handles data under its own privacy terms, and we share with them only what the service needs to function.
Server logs rotate out on a short cycle. Account data lives as long as your account does; delete the account and the data goes with it, apart from records we must keep for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Moderation records tied to reports are kept long enough to enforce bans and meet legal obligations — that is what keeps banned users banned.
You can use 321SexChat without an account at all — that is the strongest privacy control there is. If you do have an account, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account and everything attached to it: email [email protected] or use the contact page, and we will respond within 1-2 business days. If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will say so on this page before it takes effect.
