The agreement between you and 321SexChat: the 18+ age requirement, adult-content consent, the rules of the service, coins, and account termination.
These terms govern your use of 321SexChat, a private 1v1 adult chat service offering text, voice and video conversations between consenting adults. By using the site you accept these terms together with the privacy policy and the community guidelines. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
321SexChat is strictly adults-only. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use any part of the service. Passing the age gate is a legal declaration that you meet this requirement. We may ask for age verification where the law requires it, and we will terminate any account we believe belongs to a minor.
This is an adult chat service. By entering, you confirm that you expect and consent to seeing adult content and adult conversation, that such content is legal to view where you live, and that you access it voluntarily for your own private use. Every chat is a 1v1 session between two consenting adults, and either person may end any chat at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
You may not use 321SexChat for anything involving minors, any illegal content or activity, or any content shared without the consent of the people in it — including recording, capturing or redistributing a chat partner’s image, voice or messages without a clear yes. Also prohibited: harassment, threats, blackmail, hate speech, impersonation, scams, spam, and soliciting money or personal information. Violations lead to removal and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities.
Every match carries skip, block and report tools. A report sends the session context to moderators, who can warn, suspend or permanently ban the offender and remove prohibited content. If you believe content on the service involves you without your consent, or is otherwise illegal, email [email protected] with “takedown” in the subject — these requests are handled with priority.
321SexChat is free to start; longer sessions and optional extras may use coins, a virtual currency bought inside your account. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between users. Purchases are final and coins are non-refundable except where applicable law says otherwise. Pricing and what coins can be used for may change with notice on the site, and unused coins in a terminated account are forfeited where the termination results from a rules violation.
An account is optional; guests may use the core service without one. You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done through your account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion — with or without notice — for violations of these terms, for legal requirements, or to protect other users. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Other users’ behavior is their own responsibility; we moderate but cannot police every conversation in real time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 321SexChat is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the period the claim relates to.
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version always lives on this page, and material changes are announced before they take effect.
